EXPERIENCED FITNESS PERSONAL
Keith has been in the fitness industry professionally for over a decade. Beginning his career with a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science degree from the University of Auckland, he began his journey as a Personal Trainer.
Driven with a passion for fitness, he transitioned from small town gyms to renowned bodybuilding gyms. As his career progressed, he encountered numerous clients from all walks of life – aiding them in transforming their physique as well as their lifestyle.
As life experience taught him, Keith believes that a physical transformation positively correlates with a mental transformation; the way you perceive yourself and successfully achieving your goal, empowers you mentally in other aspects of your life. Irrespective of the duration of client programs, Keith delivers them the knowledge and encouragement to move forward with better choices to improve their lifestyle.
His passion for fitness evolved from fitness modelling to body building, partaking in both Australian and North American events. His thorough knowledge in nutrition and training always proved to guarantee himself a Top 3 finalist in the body building competitions.
Whether your goals are: getting bigger, getting leaner, losing weight, improving athletic performance or simply improving overall well being – Keith will customize a meal plan and training program to suit your needs.
